Meet Dr. Robert Pierce

With over four decades of experience in advanced general dentistry and dental implant care, Dr. Robert Pierce brings a deep commitment to patient-centered, comprehensive treatment to Keys Dental Specialists of Marathon. A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Dentistry and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Pierce has dedicated his career to clinical excellence and continued education.

He holds active dental licenses in both Florida and Alabama and has practiced in Florida since 2005. Dr. Pierce’s extensive training includes advanced coursework at the LD Pankey Institute, PAC-Live, and the Las Vegas Institute (LVI), where he also served as a part-time clinical instructor for seven years. He is certified in IV moderate sedation and has completed advanced implant training with Branemark and Bicon systems.

Dr. Pierce has been a leader in organized dentistry, serving on the Alabama Dental Association Board of Trustees and chairing the Local District Peer Review Committee. He also brings hospital-based experience, having treated patients at Doctors Memorial Hospital in Bonifay, Florida, since 2006.

Known for his compassionate approach and surgical expertise, Dr. Pierce is proud to serve the Marathon and Lower Keys community with a focus on restoring health, function, and confidence through personalized dental care.
